Do I have to be able to swim to go snorkeling?
Yes, you must be able to swim or at least be comfortable in water. Life jackets must be worn and a guide will always accompany you. If you can't swim, we recommend the Ocean Walker package as an alternative.
Will I see a Manta Ray?
Manta Rays are wild animals, so there is no 100% guarantee. However, the success rate is very high (±85-90%), especially in the peak visiting season (April-October). Our guides know the best times and spots to meet Manta.
Is it safe for children?
Yes, safe for children at least 8 years old who can swim or are comfortable in water. Children 8-12 years old must be accompanied by parents. Life jackets, experienced guides and boat crew are always on standby to ensure safety.
What if the weather is bad or big waves?
Safety is the top priority. If sea conditions are unsafe (high waves, storms), we will reschedule or refund 100%. We monitor the weather 24 hours before departure and will inform you of any changes.
